Hibiscus Hospitality Consulting empowers independently owned hospitality businesses to thrive through a blend of creativity, strategy, and sustainability. We partner with boutique hotels, island resorts, private villas, and distinctive lodgings to help them reach high-value guests, refine operations, inspire and train their teams, and embed eco-conscious practices throughout their business.

Drawing on experience working to six-star standards in some of the world’s most remote destinations, we craft tailored solutions that strengthen both the business and its community—leaving owners, operators, and staff with the confidence and skills to excel.

Meet Emma

Founder of Hibiscus Hospitality

Hibiscus Hospitality was born from a passion for helping independent hospitality ventures stand out in an industry increasingly shaped by large corporate brands. Emma brings a wealth of global experience and a strong network of hospitality professionals she collaborates with on diverse projects.

Born in The Bahamas, Emma discovered her love for hospitality early on. After earning a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, gaining valuable experience in luxury hotels, and spending close to a decade working aboard Superyacht’s, she now focuses on sharing her expertise to help others elevate their operations.

Drawing on years of sailing the globe serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in the most exclusive and sought-after destinations maritime travel offers , Emma brings a refined understanding of luxury, discretion, and cultural nuance that defines every aspect of the business.
